It holds NAAC A+ accreditation and enrolls around 2200 students in undergraduate programs across humanities, commerce, science, and computer applications. Originally established in 1973 as Ram Lal Anand College (Evening), it transitioned to a full morning college in 2014-15.

Introduction
Named after the legendary mathematician Aryabhatta, the college is situated amid the Aravali hills and provides a conducive learning environment with experienced faculty and modern facilities. It offers academic programs primarily at the undergraduate level across humanities, commerce, and science streams along with Mass Communication & Journalism.

Placements, Internships & Student Outcome

  • There is a “Training & Placement Cell” which reportedly helps with summer training, internships, industrial visits, and aims to facilitate placements.

  • As per one recent report (2024), the college recorded around 236 placements; highest package ~ ₹ 12 LPA, median package ~ ₹ 4 LPA. Top recruiters reportedly included companies like KPMG, Wipro, Genpact, Chegg, Lenskart, ICICI Prudential, TresVista, Bajaj Capital, Aditya Birla Group, IBM, among others.

  • However, college and student-reviews also paint a more mixed picture: some students claim there is limited support for internships/placements and comparatively fewer “campus culture” aspects than top colleges

Limitations & What Students Should Watch Out For

  • Infrastructure seems modest compared to colleges: some students report limited sports facilities, basic campus culture, and maintenance issues (water/transport/amenities problems).

  • Placements may not be guaranteed — median packages are modest (~₹ 4 LPA in recent data), and outcomes seem to vary widely depending on stream, effort, and external factors.

  • For specialized or professional aspirations (high-paying jobs, top-tier postgraduate courses, etc.), this college may offer limited edge compared to premium colleges.
